Shipping and Returns

 

 30 DAY RISK-FREE TRIAL 

Try any ZooGue product risk-free for 30 days. Then decide; If you don't love it, return it. There’s no obligation. — we even pay the return shipping costs, USA only. (Offer excludes promotional accessories and Phone cases.  Return shipping costs will be provided only for products that were charged full price. Shipping refunds will not exceed $5.99 and apply to Priority shipments only.)

Here’s how it works:

  1. Purchase a ZooGue Product.
  2. Test it out for up to 30 days.
  3. If you dont love it, return it for a full refund.

 How to return within 30 days:

  1. Simply notify us within 30 days, that you would like to return your item. Please email us at Val@ZooGue.com 
  2. We will have a return shipping label emailed to you and issue a full refund once the return case is received. (Return shipping costs will be provided only for products that were charged full price. Shipping refunds will not exceed $5.99 and apply to Priority shipments only.)

We will cover the return shipping costs for orders in the USA only

 

Shipping Costs & Estimated Arrival Times

We now offer a variety of shipping options when purchasing your ZooGue case. Please consider which option works best for you.

Standard Shipping Rates:

Domestic Shipments for Case Genius and Prodigy cases: $5.99

*Case Genius and Prodigy orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and provide a delivery/tracking confirmation number. Average delivery time is 2-3 business days.

*All other products are shipped USPS First Class Mail.  Average delivery time is 1 week.

 International Shipments:

Canada: $19.99

All Other Countries: $23.99

*Case Genius and Prodigy orders are shipped by USPS International Priority Flat Rate Envelope and does NOT provide a tracking number. Average delivery time is 2-3 weeks, however this is an estimate. Actual delivery time will depend on each country and how quickly the package is cleared through customs.

Other International Shipments:

*All other products are shipped USPS International First Class Mail.  Average delivery time is 2-3 weeks.

Special Promotion Offers: 

Items offered at special promotion prices can be returned, however the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  First Class shipping international delivery times will vary and can take months to arrive.  We are not responsible for the delays that may occur with international shipments.

Expedited Shipping Rates:

USPS Domestic Shipments for Case Genius and Prodigy cases: $19.95

*US shipments can be sent via USPS Express Mail Flat Rate Envelope. Average delivery time is 1-2 business days.

USPS International Shipments:

Canada: $ 34.99

All other Countries: $44.99

 *Expedited International shipments are sent USPS International Express Mail and provide a delivery/tracking confirmation number. Average delivery time is 3-5 business days, however this is an estimate. Actual delivery time will depend on how quickly the package is cleared through customs.

DHL Worldwide Express: Cost Varies By Country

*DHL Worldwide Express is an additional Expedited shipping option for certain countries. Average delivery time is 2-4 business days and includes a delivery/tracking confirmation number. Since customs are cleared within the US, delivery time is more accurate.

If the Expedited shipping option is chosen, we will determine the best rate and most efficient shipping route for our customer.

365 day Return Policy for purchases from www.ZooGue.com ------- You can return your case within 365 days as long as its in the same condition as when you received it, and in original packaging.  Orders that are past the 30 day risk-free trial, or International orders can be returned at the customers expense.  

(Excludes promotional accessories and iPhone cases.  Return shipping costs will be provided within 30 days of purchase for products that were charged full price.)

365 day warranty Exchange Policy We do cover defective cases. If you have a defective case and it has been longer than 30 days since your purchase from our website, please email a picture of the issue to Val@ZooGue.com and she can assist you. (International customers are required to pay shipping.)
